Return Policy

Problems with orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Demo and Discount items: no return, no credit.

Please be sure you are ordering the correct items. Some items are only sold as complete units and cannot be partially returned or partially bought.

Items, with prior authorization you may returned new, unused to us for a refund of the cost of the items minus a 10% restocking fee. You must pay all shipping costs.


Shipping Policy

OEM of product presets delivery cost and carrier. Carrier can be changed with call in orders.
